Q. How do we book/reserve the home? 

A. Please send all inquiries through the contact us button located on this website or through Home Away.  We will forward the rental agreement.  The responsible party must be over the age of 25 and on the property during the rental period (no prom parties).

A deposit of 50% is required to book the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to check-in.  If the reservation is less than 60 days away, then the full payment is due.

Galveston requires we maintain a list of names and ages of everyone staying at the house.

After the contract, payment and list of names (Galveston only) has been received, you will receive an email with a door code and helpful tips about the house.

Q. How do we pay?

A. We accept personal check, Paypal, Chase Quick Pay or you can by through Home Away.  There is no processing fee if you pay by check. Home Away adds an additional fee to the user.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. A full refund is offered if the cancellation is more than 60 days prior.  Within 60 days there is a partial refund if the home is re-booked.  You will be fully refunded if the home is under emergency evacuation (e.g. Hurricane).

Q. How do we get back our deposit?

A.  A check will be mailed to you, unless you use paypal.  If you use paypal, the funds are put back into paypal.  You can then log into your PayPal account and go to withdraw funds. You then direct the funds to where you want them to go.

Q. Are sheets and towels provided?

A. Yes.  Sheets and towels are provided.

Q. We have a well trained dog, can we bring him?

A.  Out of respect for all of our guests, we maintain a pet free home.

Q. Does the cost for cleaning change based on the number of nights we stay?

A. No. Cleaning charges are the same if you stay one night or threes months.

Q. Do you provide soap?

A. Liquid/soft soap for hand washing is provided.  Bar soap is not.
