Q. Are most shops and restaurants open for summer during the week?
A. All of the stores and most of the restaurants are open year-round and start their extended hours around Memorial Day.
Q. Does the home have air conditioning?
A. Yes. The home has three ductless air conditioning units.
Q. How many square feet is the family home?
A. The downstairs home is 1,300 square feet which includes a family room and a den so you can spread out and have privacy.
Q. Do the upstairs and downstairs units have separate entrances?
A. Yes. Both have entrances from the outside.

Q. Is the beach public, crowded and safe?
A. It is a public beach. There are not large waves, unless there is severe weather, which make it a good swimming beach. The beach is generally not crowded except for the July 4th weekend.
Q. Is there a crib or playpen?
A. No.
