On Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay. Steps from the water, sandy beach, park, marina, pier, bike path, Bear Creek and the charming village of Petoskey. Short drive or bike ride to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs, 2 miles to the Odawa Casino and near winter sports.
The downstairs rental has 2 bedroom plus a den sleeping a total of 8 people. The Bunk room has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Both the living room and the den have a queen sleeper out sofa couch. There is a ottoman in the master which opens to a twin. The den has sliding doors on both sides for privacy but you do need to walk though the den to enter the master.
Please note there is also an upstairs unit which can be rented separately.
